HISTORY

Total Biz Fulfillment was formed in 1993 utilizing the knowledge and experience gained in operating a book and magazine publishing company called Hobby House Press which was started back in the 1940s. As a family owned and operated business we currently provide our services for 26 brands ranging from gifts, toys, games, housewares, health & beauty supplies and art supplies.

Current owners Gary R. Ruddell, President and his son Paul Ruddell, VP of Operations ensure our services are presented in a friendly, professional, and cost effective manner while striving to exceed the expectations of manufacturers and their clients.

Our goal is to provide support for any and all sales channels our clients wish to utilize. From key national accounts with their demands for Electronic Document Interchange (EDI) and compliance requirements, to specialty stores with their need for true pick and pack services, to supporting your merchants with drop shipping services, to shipping products directly to your customers – Total Biz Fulfillment provides the necessary support for all of these channels. And all of this support is done in-house.
